The property was built in 1840 on a rectangular plan flanked by two wings, on three levels including one under the roof, cellar under part.

Its symmetrical main facades are pierced with 7 openings per level, with Beauce stone framing, semi-circular milling dormers with domed roofs on the wings, pediment dormer window on the main roof above the entrance.

The slate roofs with four sides on the main body and two sides for the wings are in good condition, and pierced with four brick chimneys.

The entrance, via double doors, opens onto a spacious, crossing reception hall, which distributes in a classic way, on the left, the dining room and a service corridor with guest toilets and dressing room, pantry and at the back, the kitchen which opens in triple exposure on the garden with French windows.

The double quarter-turn staircase, in oak with wrought iron balusters and glass stair ball, leads to the first floor with a landing and a crossing corridor.

Overlooking the main facade, three beautiful bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom, two bedrooms at wing level, one of which has a shower room, a bedroom and a shower room at the rear.
The staircase to the second floor is concealed behind a door, and serves on a landing three bedrooms, a bathroom and an attic.

The interior, immediately habitable, very elegant and in very good condition, has been renovated respecting all the original decorative elements.

The floors have been preserved and maintained: white stone
with black cabochons in the hall, Herringbone parquet flooring with a mirror effect in the living room, square parquet flooring in the dining room and one bedroom, square and hexagonal floor tiles, cement tiles…

Similarly, the moldings and woodwork, as well as the functional fireplaces, have been preserved.
The outbuildings are partly furnished, one, on the right of the courtyard on entering, is used for technical rooms and independent three-room accommodation on the ground floor, attic on the whole; the other, on the left, with stable, double garage, garden workshop, room for the oil tank, accommodation upstairs.

On the back of the outbuilding on the left, facing south, the vegetable garden benefits from a functional well, the orchard is planted with various fruit trees.

Facing the kitchen, facing south, the ornamental garden is laid out for outdoor lunches in complete privacy.
on the rear facade of the main house, facing west, the park, in a natural area, is partly wooded with a large lawn, and adjoins a forest plot along the Orleans canal.
