Exceptional wine estate covering over 113 hectares in the heart of the highest quality Bas Armagnac region. This exceptional property includes 52 hectares of perfectly maintained vineyards, divided into 12 grape varieties. 36 hectares of meadows and farmland, 20 hectares of woods and lakes, a 350m² mansion and a 100m² caretaker’s house. This estate has been awarded Level III High Environmental Standard certification, proof of the current owners’ commitment to environmentally friendly practices and biodiversity in a centuries-old tradition. The estate dates back to the 17th century. It produces the best eaux-de-vie in Bas-Armagnac, proudly perpetuating this tradition by producing award-winning wines and spirits. It offers a varied range of six white, rosé, and red wines (IGP), two AOC wines, including two aperitifs (Flocs de Gascogne), and more than 100 Bas-Armagnac references.
This remarkable result is achieved thanks to high-end equipment, both in terms of agricultural machinery and high-performance cellar equipment. The latter contribute to making this estate a unique production site.
