Situated in the Minervois appellation, halfway between Narbonne and Carcassonne, this estate consists of some 10 hectares (25 acres) of organic vineyard certified by Ecocert.

In a charming little vignerons village, the buildings consist of a large wine-making and storage cellar of around 700 m², a sales cellar with an 140 m² office above it which used to be a flat. More living space could be added above the office. Stone sheepfold with a new roof, in the middle of the vineyards with a magnificent view of the Corbières, which could be converted into a home with a construction permit. A mansion next to the cellar to be renovated can also be integrated into the project, for example for a guest house at the vigneron’s.

The land is divided into 3 parts easy to farm, with a majority of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan Noirs, supplemented by a little Cinsault, Carignan Blanc and Grenache Gris. The locations are magical with a sheepfold on the hillside. The lively soils, the old and the young vines, and the quality of the new vine stocks are the perfect conditions for organic or Biodynamic techniques.
