At the end of the building, there is access to the 11th century tower.

On first floor (height: 3.50 meters), the landing with oak parquet flooring (10.30 sq.mt) (access to the 11th century tower) gives access to a bedroom with oak parquet flooring with fireplace (14.19 sq.mt) and bathroom with water closet (6.97 sq.mt). The grounds are well-kept, with a grand entrance enclosed by arbours and bordered by lime trees. The park, composed of magnificent ancient trees (sequoia, cedars, etc.), is bordered by a river.
