Heating is produced by a last generation oil condensing boiler (De Dietrich) (2019), 2000L tank, consumption : about 3500 to 3600L, biofuel F30 compatible with the boiler.
Electricity and plumbing were in excellent condition.
The sanitation is with a pit all water which installation conforms (2020).
