In the heart of the Brenne Regional Natural Park, this beautiful collection of ponds and fish ponds is spread over 41 hectares of grounds.

The ponds surfaces are included between 600 sq.mt. and 1.5 ha. They are fully surrounded by moats and are supplied with water, either from the 6ha pond or from a 30m3/hour borehole. They are also supplied with electricity and fenced. The 27ha pond and the 6ha pond are simply separated by a dike.
The whole thing is marked off. The paths are accessible by truck for fish farming. This property will be perfect for hunting, leisure or a fish farming project.
