House in Vézelay

The ground floor, which could be used for a commercial or craft activity, comprises a very large room with a beautiful oak ceiling, opening via a French window onto a terrace giving access to the south-facing pleasure garden, and a smaller room (former shop) with stone sinks and a well, overlooking the street, a small storage room in a square tower; on the first floor, a vast, warm living room with a high ceiling, a semi-open plan kitchen, a shower room with a shower and toilet, and a dressing room.
On the upper floor, a vast attic with windows makes it possible to imagine at least 4 additional bedrooms and shower room (2 levels possible).
A spiral staircase in a tower (listed building) from the garden gives access to the vegetable garden and two vaulted rooms used as storage rooms and garden sheds. Access by a door also from the lower street.
